1. Equipment: Check your video and audio before joining the meeting. 2. Lighting: Use good lighting on your face so that people can see you. Avoid using lights or a windows behind your head. We will need each person to have their camera on to participate. 3. Camera: Ensure your webcam is at eye level. Avoid lying down/lying on your bed or recliner, playing with your pet, driving a car, walking, etc. We except every person to be on camera. 4. Audio: Mute your microphone unless you are speaking. Raise your hand to speak or unmute. Be sure to re-mute yourself after you have finished speaking. 5. Discussion Time: Allow everyone a chance to share. 6. Be on time so we can end on time; respect others, including your teacher/leader. 7. Name: Be sure that your name is on the screen versus the name of your phone. Click on the three dots in the upper right side of your screen to rename your device. 8. Be Prepared: Read the chapter ahead of time, answering the personal questions. 9. Chat Icon: Use it to share a message with everyone or an individual, including prayers and praises, your contact information, questions, and/or resources you are suggesting.
